Our experienced Concierge will anticipate your needs, providing an additional garbage can equipped with extra liners. After the event, they'll swiftly remove the filled bags, maintaining a tidy environment. Minor spills are promptly attended to with specialized cleaners and cloths. Plus, each table is eligible for one replacement tablecloth per event, ensuring a pristine presentation.

Should any equipment malfunction, our Concierge is trained to troubleshoot and has backup equipment on hand to keep the festivities going smoothly. While backup items may vary slightly in quality, rest assured, your event's momentum won't be compromised. They're even prepared to replace projector bulbs if necessary.

After your event, our Concierge handles all equipment cleanup, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. In the event of inclement weather, they take responsibility for safeguarding electrical equipment provided by Muddy Water, prioritizing safety above all.

For added convenience, our concierge service includes one "store run" per event, within a 10-mile radius. A prepaid credit/debit card is provided for purchasing items, with any remaining balance left with the host after the party. Please note, items must be party-related and inoffensive.
